Train Them Young! Padel For Children
When is it too young to start training your child for padel?
Padel is a commons sport for kids theses days. One of the most common questions parents often ask is at what age can you start letting your kids play the sport? Children and their active parents may benefit from a 10-month vacation from their normal routine during the long, carefree days of summer.
The genuine padel fan would be thrilled if their child became the player he or she aspires to be, but before you put your child’s name on the club’s roster, be sure he or she is:
Your child can withstand heavu exercise. Because even if this game is easy, your little kid will be sweating it off. You should also make sure that your child actually likes the sport itself. It’s also a plus if your child is a natural-born social butterfly. This sport is a social sport after all.
With two of the three qualities, the youngster has a better chance of enjoying his or her padel learning experience.

A lot of developmental stages must be established in place before a player may achieve success
To ride a two-wheel bicycle on one’s own by the age of seven, a youngster must have developed the ability to maintain balance. All three of these behaviors are good markers of a child’s ability to coordinate their movements.
During this stage of development, children learn to swim, ride a skateboard or ice skates, do rope tricks, climb over fences, and generally comprehend the social norms of play. If you want to make sure your kid is up to speed before committing to padel club, have him/her participate in kickball, relay races, or dodgeball.
Getting into padel at a young age can only be fruitful if you like yourself while doing it.
